Firstly, you have to maintain a really good rapport with your customers.
Both of you should be on the same page when it comes to your customers needs and your vision.
If there are misunderstandings between the both of you, the likelihood of your business falling apart is really high. So communication is key over here.
Grouping your customers based on whether they're affected by your business in a positive or negative way is essential.
Trust is like glass right? Or perhaps like an eraser; once broken, getting it back into the same shape is impossible. There'll be a crack somewhere in between. So, reliability and trust is SUPER important when it comes to retaining your customers and gaining potential ones.
Keeping your customers on the same page, as mentioned in point one, is difficult. How do you reach an agreement on everything? Well, if everyone agreed on everything, there'd be no room for creativity and new ideas, right? So, taking your resistant customers in mind, compare and contrast your viewpoints and let them know the reasons for your action plans. Being transparent will let them in.
And lastly, some of us do like surprises, but some of us hate them. Being caught off guard is probably one of the worst feelings when it's regarding a major management or a company decision.
Keeping everyone updated on recent happenings is crucial for your business to succeed.

Doesn't that sound great? Organic juices with a huge variety compared to a store or a market sounds refreshing, doesn't it? There were so many people who couldn't receive Uncle Matt's product as it wasn't available locally. Selling it on the e-commerce market aided his business.
Since this pandemic took place, they eventually had to change their buying patterns and avail to their potential customers. Using DTC e-commerce literally helped him progress way faster than he imagined. Getting in newer products each time is very efficient for him.
